Return Policy

Our Goal is your purchase you choose from our site to fully meet your expectations. If you are unsatisfied with the products you purchased, then you have the right to return part or all of your order within 15 days and get a full refund.

If you receive your order and you discover a jewel with a manufacturing flaw or defect then our company will replace it as soon as possible without any charge.

If the damage is caused by normal wear and tear then our company can undertake the repair of your jewellery at a cost price, you will be informed of the cost amount before any action is taken.

Refunds are accepted only if:

1. Packages are shipped within 15 days from the date of receipt.
2. The products are in excellent condition.
3. And the special card stating the code and the price of the product has not been removed or destroyed.

To return products, you will need to select a courier company which cooperates with our company.
